1. General Use
1.1. Kursi Cowork provides coworking spaces, facilities, and related services (“Services”) to individuals and businesses.
1.2. By registering or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Membership and Access
2.1. Membership plans, including Flexible Desks, Fixed Desks, and Private Cabins, are subject to availability and specific terms.
2.2. Membership fees must be paid in advance as per the chosen plan.
2.3. Members are responsible for the proper use of coworking spaces and amenities. Any damage caused will be billed to the responsible party.
2.4. Access to coworking spaces is limited to registered members unless otherwise permitted by Kursi Cowork.
3. Booking and Cancellations
3.1. Meeting rooms and additional facilities are available on a booking basis and must be reserved in advance.
3.2. Cancellation of bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a penalty fee.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1. Members must maintain a professional environment and respect others in the coworking space.
4.2. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Illegal activities or misuse of the workspace for unauthorized purposes is not allowed.
5. Privacy and Data Use
5.1. Kursi Cowork collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1. Payments are due on or before the start date of the membership or service.
6.2. Refunds are subject to our cancellation and refund policy, which varies depending on the membership plan.
6.3. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of access to services.
7. Liability
7.1. Kursi Cowork is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings or equipment brought into the coworking space.
7.2. Members are responsible for securing their own devices, data, and belongings.
7.3. Kursi Cowork is not liable for interruptions in services or damages to devices due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outages, natural disasters, electric surges etc.).
8. Termination
8.1. Kursi Cowork reserves the right to terminate memberships or deny access if a member violates these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. Members may terminate their membership by providing written notice in accordance with their plan’s terms.
9. Modifications to Terms and Services
9.1. Kursi Cowork reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.2. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Chhattisgarh State. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur.
